Really! Wow!!! Do you know if that galengale? I have never been able to find
it (was a gift from HE Mercedes) and it is the the finishing touch to the
hippocras i make for the Menjoire soup (I've made it for a couple of 
feasts).
Galengale along with grains of paradise really do seem to give it an extra
something that augments the flavors...


I'll have to try to get by there soon!
