[Northkeep] Northkeep Digest, Vol 57, Issue 23

Aaannd, since it only happens 3-5 days per year, we don't invest in the
snowplows, snowblowers, snow tires, etc.  We just sit tight and wait.  It's
Oklahoma.  The weather will change.

The ones who don't sit tight, well, you see them off in a ditch or skidding
along a retaining wall under a bridge, because they don't have snow tires.
