I just got a Nigerian Scam (generic term, this one purports and appears to be from Hong Kong) spam offering to transfer to my bank the grand sum of "USD$13,991,674 million United States Dollars". Note that that's nearly 14 TRILLION dollars.
 
Needless to say, Homeland Security would be notified if a millionth of that amount were transferred out of nowhere into my account. I am insulted that furriners think we Yanks are that stupid, and ashamed that many of us are.
 
Is that a record?
 
(Yes, Yank is a complimentary term if it comes from outside the US, it's only an insult if it comes from inside and south of the Mason-Dixon.) (And yes, I know this astronomical amount is really a matter of poor command of the English language. I still find it funny.)
