[Northkeep] Hospitaler Position

I am stepping down as Hospitaler of Northkeep effective immediately to make
way for your new Hospitaler. I have served in this position for many years
and it has been and wonderful and great honor. I am positive that your new
Hospitaler will bring fun and exciting things to Northkeep. I hope to see
Grub N Garb continue as it has become a tradition I started over 6 years
ago.
