[Northkeep] The Baroness' Bum Knee

I promised many of you that I would let you know what the Dr. had to say  
about  my knee.  It wasn't much.  He thinks I probably tore the  meniscus or 
the acl a bit.  They decided I should rest it and keep it  mostly up for the 
next two weeks and take some pain meds.  I go back at the  end of those two 
weeks and if it isn't better we will do an MRI and see what is  going on, 
possibly steroid shots or surgery  but we are hoping  that the rest will heal 
whatever is wrong in there.  However after all the  manipulating, pushing 
and pulling on it today, it is very sore and tender, so we  will not be at 
fighter practice tonight.  I think I need to stay at home  and keep it up for 
a while.  Thanks to everyone who took such good  care of me at war and have 
been sending good thoughts my way since.  It is  much appreciated.
