yep they announced at red tape.
but she's just switching projects, she's supposed to be helping on the new 
system where marshals can check and see whose authorized, for what, and 
those authorized can print off copies of their marshalate authorization 
cards.

least that was what it sounded like to me depending on whether or not people 
were talking , it was sometimes hard to hear.
