Shouting "victory" in Celtic is kind of like shouting "victory" in Indian.  There are over a hundred and fifty Native American languages (not to mention a bushel of Indian dialects over on the subcontinent).  Celtic includes the Irish, Scots, Manx, Bretons, Iberian Celts, La Teine culture (Austria), Ionian Greeks, and Galacians (in Asia Minor).
