Good question. I'll look into it. FYI at this park is a large covered pavilion with picnic tables (4 that I know of) so we might not need the pop ups, but I will still call owasso parks dept.

Do we know if the City of Owasso allows pavilions on their parks?  I know
the City of Tulsa can get...ummm..persnickety about it.  If they'll let us,
I have two popups to make more shade.  :)
