The September Letter of Acceptances and Returns was released by the College
of Heralds on November 6th and congratulations are due to one of our own.

Elena Zekel Miklósne now has a registered name to go with the device that
she previously registered.  She is no longer using the holding name given
to her by the college of heralds...
