[Northkeep] seeking origins of wInterKingdom

I'm wondering if there's anyone around who can share with me stories or
information or lore or history about the origins of wInterKingdom...
(working on another wiki page, but the event's founding way predates me.)

If anyone has been an event steward / autocrat for wInterKingdom, if you
