[Northkeep] Rapier practice on Saturday

After discussions with the leaders of the local melee group it was jointly decided that it was in both of our best interest to NOT practice in the same places. Heavy or light. 

We in the heavy community share Many fighters in common.

I have sent a letter to the administration of Melee. I will let you know if they reply.
