Where oh where have all the fighters gone?  You guys missed JP last night and although it was a small turnout we had a very good time.  So whats keeping you from coming out.  Our practice use to be the place to go, now we hardly have anyone show.  So get off your lazy a**es and come to practice.  If your affended at this email then good come and discuss it with me next tuesday at PRACTICE.
