Cant practise due to my stupid elbow.. and just standing around watching.. well - i am a puss and want to be out there not standing on the sidelines. Still rooting people on though - just from my house.

I do apologize for my lack of attendance.  This week I was unable to make
it because of work and last week I was literally half dressed with my foot
out the door when I got drug into a situation where someone needed my
assistance.

I always make it a plan to be there because I'm having a blast.
