[Northkeep] (CANCELLED) Rapier practice on Saturday

Actually, we were holding it there because three of the people who want to play rapier are also in Melee and it allows them to go play at their practice at noon without forcing them to move to another location.
 
But since apparently this is a bad idea, I am CANCELLING this practice until I can get together with His Excellency and game out a time and place.
