[Northkeep] Cooking quinces.

In the late fall in Missouri we always used to eat Persimmons, usually picking 
them during a deer hunt. The Quince candies reminded me of that flavor which is 
one reason I like them. 


Also mentioning goose reminded me that it has been years since I had roast goose 
or duck. Maybe this year at Christmas we can do a roast goose...does anyone know 
a good place to acquire a fine fat goose suitable for roasting for the yuletide 
feast?
