[Northkeep] OT I need a question answered about annotations

The easy answer is yes it's plagiarism. The harder answer is what's the annotated reference list for? If I'm creating an Endnote library, for instance, of my research - then no, since I'm the only one who will ever be seeing it (theoretically). If I'm planning on putting it into a paper I'm writing, then I might put in the abstract and cite the snot out of it and it will be ok, or not depending on who's getting the paper. If I'm doing it for the SCA, I would be fine if I cited it. If I'm publishing it, I'm going to re-abstract the article.
