Milady, if you would allow me the honor of doing so, I would be delighted to sponsor you in this endeavor. Beorhtlic, Laurel and Lion,

Subject: [Northkeep] needing an Artistan to sponsor me please
I am not quite sure what or if there is an official procedure about this - so maybe someone can help me please. This is what i am needing:
We also ask that each combatant be sponsored by an Artisan, who will give a token of their art to us. It may be as humble as homemade bread or as exalted as calligraphy or carving, but you may not sponsor yourself. Please note that without a letter of intent and sponsorship by an artisan, a fighter may participate in this grand celebration, but will not be chosen as Pride or Defender.
Reason: I am looking to go way far south to the The Grand Tournament, Legacy of Lions in San Antonio in October. I have already asked and they welcome new fighters, and it isn't going to be a newbie blood bath. So, with that being said - i would like to attempt this. I don't really know how else to do this. if anyone knows - please oh please tell me.
Oh - and what would be a good ransom? Not that it will happen - but they said it is always a good thing to have here - obviously they don't believe in deaths - is falling on your own sword considered honorable? *smiles*
Thank you for anyone offering advise or help!!
jen
