LOL - yes - there has to be an event bid with all that information before they will award us the event.  HL Elizabeth de Calais is the autocrat - forgive my ignorance if there is a co-autocrat - Elizabeth is the only person I've spoken to.  I know I have heard who is doing the feast but it's escaping me.  I'm sure that there will be more info forthcoming soon.
