[Northkeep] Castellan Help

You guys are great, so sorry I'm going to miss it this year.  I
realized recently that it is the same weekend as The Wall; I doupt my
body would hold up to it and the long concert.

I do have a few things for the price baskets; a couple horns and a
beautiful tooled amd painted buckler.  They are things I bought for
their beauty, but functionally just haven't fit. I came across them
moving and thought they'd go well in the prize baskets.
