[Northkeep] rotary tool no good

I was very excited because harbour frieght was having a 80 piece rotary tool sale. I was very disappointed in the Chicago brand. I got it home and the end vibrates so much you can not control it and It had so little power that it would not buff. It might be half price but even at that it is not worth the money.
Also the diamond bits didn't keep their diamond stuff for more than a couple of mins.  I am taking the stuff back and luckily Harbour Frieghts is good about that thing.
