[Northkeep] who do i get fort info from ??

There are some details to be finished. I think the front gate should be 
redesigned and rebuilt, but the fort is ready for use.

sorry life has been " active " of late.
does anyone know who would be most likely to have the most up to date info on 
the fort ?? 

as in , is it ready to fight in ?  hold court in ? revel in ? all of the above ?
