As we all know the original intent of the Dionaider/Ensign tourney was to give 
unbelted fighters more tournament experience. Also it as been restricted to 
local unbelted fighters. I would like to open the list sign up to everyone who 
comes to fight, but we only track the record of those eligible under the rules 
set for this list. This will give us a good mix of fighters and will allow 
anyone who come to help with the demo to have maximum participation.
