If you can get a chance to watch Luke's Vietnam on The Cooking
Channel, the Quyi Nhon episode shows the process of making sliken tofu
from grinding the soybeans.  I knew I had seen it somewhere and found
the episode again.  She makes it using the same tools that have been
used for ages and this video shows the process using a blender.
