[Northkeep] Winterkingdom follow up meeting

Thank you, everyone, for making Winterkingdom a great event!  Many special thanks to those who taught, worked with the children, helped with set-up and clean-up, assisted people in finding their way, provided security, manned the ballot station, and helped keep the autocrats sane.

Now is the time review it all, and see how we can make it even better next time.  His Excellency has called for a post-mortem meeting to be held during Fighter Practice this Tuesday (it's also Grub 'n Garb).  Please join us if you have any observations about what worked, what didn't work so well, or anything that was lacking or that you think would improve the event in future.
