[Northkeep] Non-member surcharge question

The SCA's non-member surcharge is $5.  Plus, non-members will have to sign the waiver book when they check in.  
 
Does anyone know if the "pass" coupons for first-time attendees that were sent out with membership renewals last year are still valid?
