[Northkeep] Scribal website

The College of Scribes has it's own website: http://scribe.ansteorra.org/

There are scans of many original designs in the Artist Gallery, and there has been a Charter Library up for several years, with images of the existing kingdom charters and some painted samples of many of them so that artists may see how other people have chosen to paint various charters. As I understand it there are permission forms turned in for everything posted on the site.
