Find one of the smaller cloth (preferably canvas) shopping bags, I think you can get those in Walmart still.  Buy two or three of the cheap embroidery hoops about the same circumference and sew them in....Voila, you now have a crossbow bolt quiver, albeit less sturdy but a lot less expensive.  Karl
