[Northkeep] Crown Tournament

To the Generous and Caring Northkeep folks:

As you know, Northkeep will be hosting the Crown Tournament in July.  There
are amazing plans for the decoration of the Boy Scout Camp to turn it into
a sumptuous display of Art and Heraldry, within and without the buildings.
 To accomplish this, we will need every bit of decoration in the hands of
our members to be displayed.  Some of the populace have already come
forward and offered to loan us their wall hangings and other artwork, but
more is needed.  (I am a firm believer that more is BETTER!)

We are in need of:

Rugs (ground coverings) of any shape, size and color
Lengths of Cloth (to cover beams, etc.)
Wall Hangings

All items will be clearly marked RETURN TO:------- (YOUR NAME).  Everything
will be returned to its owner after the event.
If your item needs to be cleaned, touched up, etc., I would be most happy
to take care of that before we display it.

Please contact me directly at kiamichikate at gmail.com if you have anything
you can loan to us for the duration of the event.  Every piece will be
welcomed!

In addition, or perhaps more importantly, we will need help in putting up
decorations.  Neither Audrella, who is in charge of all the decorations,
nor I can climb ladders to hang many of the banners.    We need nimble
folks to help out on Thursday 7/12 and Friday 7/13. .  If you can only come
for a couple of hours, it would be an immense help.  Audrella and I will
arrive at the camp Thursday morning to begin work.   If you are available
