The cry heard round the event site at Castellan late in the afternoon, 
(anglicizated) "Faugh-a-ballagh" a warning to clear the road as a goodly group 
of folk took turns making  shots with their "bullets" in a game similar to Irish 
road bowling but  with more uncertain parentage. Baron Donald Andrew McDonald a 
fine Scottish pole and the wee Baroness  Zoe Mikre, Their Excellencies Vatavia, 
were the gregarious and gracious  hosts of this rousing sport. In traditional 
Irish fashion there was  some drinking involved and the rules seems to change as 
the contest wore  on...but in the end it was all great fun!
