[Northkeep] Officer's meeting starts when?

Officers' meeting starts at 6:30pm followed by Castellan discussion. 

Geoffrey will have the doors open for us. 

Fighter practice officially starts at 7pm.

I got a reminder saying Officers' will start at 6:30, but another reminder says Fighter Practice starts at 7:00.  When do I need to be there for Officers' meeting?
