[Northkeep] News from Northern Regional Seneschal!!

I am so thrilled to hear this, this will he my first Red Tape.  I so
wish there was a way I could help, hopefully there will be some small
way that will come up.  Looking forward to it as it seems that
Winterkingdom is the only event I'm able to manage at this point in
time.
