If anyone could/would teach a class in working with leather, I have a good supply of animal hide scraps.  They would be perfect for pouches.

They are from a well known taxidermist, hard-tanned for mounting.  All still have the hair on one side.  Most are various species of deer, but a couple (good sized) are from some exotic African antelope or something.
