[Northkeep] New Minister of Arts & Sciences

I am pleased to announce that Lady Jacqueline Di Vitri (known as Rebecca
Minton outside the SCA) has been chosen to be your next Minster of Arts &
Sciences starting May 1st.  Lady Jacqueline has some exciting plans for A&S
in our Barony.  I hope that you will support her in her future endeavors
for our group.
