I can answer some of Arthur's question.

I believe Her Excellency is more concerned with Baronial Insignia.
Yes, there will be a soup kitchen.  I'm not experienced enough with
generators to know if that would be helpful...I'll leave that one to
someone else.
Yes, there's a bake sale...donations (prepackaged and prepriced) are
welcome.
Having an extra vaccuum will certainly speed up the cleaning process.
At this point, I'm not aware of any "great needs" at the event, but I will
happily ask Evan and Karl (the other co-autocrats) to add you to the list
of "go-to-guys" when stuff needs done.
I also know that we can always use teachers!!!
