i am currently gathering info for the upcoming castellan event.
officers , i need info on your planned activities for castellan so that i can advertise them to promote the event.
whos doing what ?
who can join in ?
what age limits if any ?
 when ?  ( just fri, just sat, all weekend , after court, etc. )
will you need assistance ? 
what type, and how much ? for how long ?
taking volunteers ?


all others planning something others may want to know about  ? ( period encampment , persona play encampment , ( sorry no a.s.t. encampments allowed , as minors will be welcome at this event )
handicapped camp , newbie camp, co-nubie camp ( where nubies camp alongside experienced campers an each helps the other  )  etc.
