since there is no site fee, there is no NMS.
nms doesn't apply to feast fees : )
winterkingdom / round table should be a perfect event for bringing new 
people or interested people to . ( low cost, lots of activities and classes 
, lots of people : )
I don't know about this year, but there are usually fighting classes .
one of the autocrats can probably give much more knowledgeable answers : /
if I remember correctly last years was something to do with  " unit tactics 
"
