[Northkeep] Feast thanks

A feast for Kings!  And Princes! And all the nobility who so look forward
to the famous Northkeep feasts, you have upheld the great reputation that
nobles from far and wide, other kingdoms, even, boast about to their folks
back home.

Thank you for such a marvelous feast!
