[Northkeep] Shifts at Tokyo in Tulsa

My plan is to bring an armor stand and my armor will be on it when I am not
in it walking around.
I will have a table cloth, cards, fliers, and some 8.5x11 "posters" for the
table.
Also bringing some mugs, chests, trinkets, etc to decorate with.

I read through the rules and we are not allowed to Carry live steel weapons
while walking around the floor.
I am going to check to see if we can have our rapier blades / other
"weapons" (archery, steel or rattan) on the table or carried around.

Will keep everyone informed as to what I find out about things that could
be restricted.
