[Northkeep] Timeline for Baronial candidates

So now that the war is over and the local revel is coming up this
weekend, what about the idea that the perspective candidates make
themselves publicly known to the populace of Northkeep? The appointed
deadline for letters of declaration to the crown is the 21st (Three
days from now). If the candidates wished they could also announce
themselves here on this list, in Saga newsletter, and at a populace
meeting just to cover their bases.  Such options would give those who
make themselves known a chance to be met and conversed with at the
upcoming revel and populace next week where the polling is occurring.
