I am sorry I was unable to make your populace meeting due to mordern
obligations. I have the final timelne and is as follows:

*January*-current B&B announce plans to step down
*February*-official announcment is made in Baronial Newsletter
*February 25* - NR seneschal addresses populous on rules for polling
(seneschal's handbook)
announcement is made on the local list and every effort is made to let all
populous members know
of the upcoming polling
*March 21 *-deadline for candidates to declare Must be in post marked or
delivered by this date.
Ballot published in Baronial newsletter BEFORE candidate interviews
*March 25* - Polling held
*April 19 - 20*- Wiesenfeuer Baronial, candidate interviews at the crown's
discretion
*April *-candidate choice is announced by Crown
*June 15 *- Invesiture
