[Northkeep] Officer Meeting Reminder

Just a reminder that since the Library will be closed for Memorial Day this 
 month, populace has been moved up a week, thereby changing the schedule 
for  Officer's as well.  Officer's will be this Wednesday at Fighter Practice 
at  the VFW.
