[Northkeep] #3 schedule, feast, and miscellaneous

The feastocrat gave her report last night. All off-site preparations and precooking is done, and everything is going according to plan. As listed in section 2, she still needs some more kitchen help, but everything else is squared away. 


The schedule has been altered slightly from the original plan and is as follows:
Friday
Set up can begin as early noon, but is officially scheduled for 6p - thru "whenever"

6p-8p: troll open for staff.

Saturday
8:00 Site officially opens
10:00 Specialized activities may begin (A&S, fighting, etc.)

12:00 Lunch
          Troll closes
3:00 A&S blitz ends
3:30 Fighting field closes

4:00 Hall cleared for feast setup, and "dead hour" for court preparations
5:00 Court
6:30 ISH Feast (immediately following court) 
8:00 site closes for populace
       Breakdown/clean up with plan to be done by 10.

Originally feast was first, and then court, but for smoother logistics the times have been switched. Lunch will be available starting at 12, and remain available for at least 2 hours while quantities last. 


The site booklet is almost complete. Ainar has arranged for site token sessions/workshops. Sophie has gathered everything for feast tokens, and we may see about holding an assembly session for those as well.
