[Northkeep] [Northkeep_Reminders] Tahlequah Meeting, 5/11/2013, 11:00 am

The Tahlequah meetings on the 2nd weekend occur on Sundays now.  So this meeting will be on Sunday at 2PM at the Methodist Children's Home in Tahlequah.  The fighters will convene to Sequoyah Park.  There will be a pot luck dinner at 5:30PM.  Bards are welcome to come and entertain us as we eat.

At the Children's Home I will be giving a class in Blackwork Embroidery for those who are interested.  There will also be charters available to paint for those who might enjoy that. There is plenty of room for costumers to lay out fabric or bring sewing machines and sew.  The light is excellent for embroidery.

Notes:
This meeting is in pursuit of the Arts and Sciences and wearing garb is encouraged.  If a marshal is able to attend, fighters will convene to Sequoyah Park a few blocks away for fighter practice.  In the absence of a marshal, any authorized fighters who meet with us at the library may conduct an unofficial practice which will not be open to the public at Sequoyah Park.  Fighters may practice as long as they like and other members of the populace will join them at the park after 1 PM when the library closes.  Light refreshments will be served at the library.
