*Employees Asked To Encourage Teachers To Apply For AEP Teacher Grants*

About $3,600 in AEP Teacher Grants for 2014 is still available for teachers
in PSO's service territory, so employees are being asked to encourage
educators to apply for a grant. The website where grants may be applied for
is: www.AEP.com/go/teachergrants

The application deadline is Friday, Feb. 28, 11 pm CST.

Educators of grades pre-K through 12 who live or teach in PSO's service
area may apply. The grants range in amounts from $100 to $500 to help
improve student academic performance, and may be used to purchase
equipment, curriculum materials or to provide field trip transportation.

Projects in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)
will receive emphasis in the issuing of grants, but not exclusively. Any
project that has an academic focus and has a goal to improve student
achievement will be considered.
