[Northkeep] Anyone looking for some extra funds?

I need someone to do some yard work around the house.  Cleaning out flower
bed, trimming some trees, and maybe running the lawn mower over some leaves
before grass gets going.  Willing to pay 12 an hour to do the work.  Good
job to make some extra gulf money, or for a teen that needs some extra
spending money.
