[Northkeep] Demo at Bartlett on Wednesday

The students and staff at Bartlett are really getting excited about the
demo here on Wednesday, 2/26 at 1:00 to 2:30.  How many folks can we
expect?  How many tables should I set up for displays?  We have
audio/visual from laptops to old fashioned VHS. Please let me know if you
are going to bring any A/V so we can set up the appropriate equipment.

Last Friday, the weather guys were predicting it to be in the 50s on
Wednesday, then over the weekend they changed it to the 40s, now Travis
says it will top out at 39.  Kinda chilly.  However, we have a very nice
auditorium for indoor activities. The parking lot is on the south side,
with the building blocking any north wind breeze, so we'll see what
everyone feels like as far as outside demo goes.  The kids will want to
watch outside unless it's a blizzard, so the fighters get to make the call.

I have Willow's banners with which I plan to decorate the auditorium
(unless she has objections).

Is there anything else I should get together for you guys?
