Okay I have information on Tokyo in Tulsa. We are able to get people in to the demos, but they need to check with me to get in and they will not need a pass for the demos only. If you are coming into work the table I have six badges and we will issue those to those that are working the table. We will be able to have rapiers in for fighting but they will have to come in in a case and they want to contact me to get through security.  My phone number is 91810021. Please contact me if you have any issues getting through security or otherwise. Our demo times are 4 PM today, 10 AM Saturday, 2 PM on Sunday.  People showing up just for the demo will also need to contact me so I can get them into the area. I could use somebody here at any time after now to help with watching the table until the event opens at two. I will need to run home to change clothes and pick more stuff up.
