[Northkeep] New Winterkingdom Activity- Largesse Derby!

At populace last evening, we announced that Winterkingdom will be held at
the Creek County Fairgrounds.  :)  The site has a huge indoor arena
attached so we'll be able to have numerous marshall classes of all fighting
types.  It also has two separate cement floor areas, in the
climate-controlled space, with water spigots every 10 feet or so.  This
will let us have space for any "messy" classes.  It will also give a safe
place for any forge classes or lampwork classes.

We also announced our autocrats - Lady Jutte Vonderberg and HL Annais de
St. Montgomerie.  :)

The date for Winterkingdom is January 31st, 2015.

We are still accepting feast bids.
