[Northkeep] Display of Arms at Gulf Wars.

Hello Northkeep!

As I was packing for War I came across the banners that display the
personal Arms of Montega and myself. I usually bring these to hang from our
tent, but had the idea that it would be nice to have the personal banners
of the Northkeep and Chemin Noir populace displayed around the Baronial
Pavilion. So, if you have a nice banner/honor shield/etc showing your
personal arms and would like to have it displayed in our camp area, please
bring it to war.
