[Northkeep] Castellan preparations

Set up starts at 6:30 on Thursday night at Will Rogers in Cleveland. We
will be going out to set up the baronial pavilions and list field as well
as unpacking the trailer and prepping the kitchen.

Would those people who have possession of the Baronial Archery and thrown
targets and nets please make sure that they make it to site for the event.
We should also have on loan the nets from Mooneschadowe, thank you very
much for our kind neighbors.

If you have anything for the raffle please get that to Baroness Mercedes,
and if you are feeling generous the children's baskets could maybe use a
few more items for prizes.
